The warehouse at 1222 Quebec Avenue grew by 6,000 square feet. Strata came up with a new look for the outside of the building and improved the parking lot layout. We also coordinated mechanical and site work.
Project Details
Strata was engaged in a design-build capacity at 1222 Quebec Avenue. We were tasked adding street appeal to the tired building and with adding 6,000 square feet of new space, complete with new mechanical and electrical services. At the façade we used dry-stack stone, exterior ceramic tile, and new aluminum storefront glazing. Site work included a new storm sewer, an improved layout of the parking lot, and a new pylon sign that has become a feature of the site.
