Strata was engaged to replace the exterior facade of Hudsons Canada’s Pub in downtown Saskatoon.
Project Details
The scope of work began with a full removal of the exterior facade as well as load bearing walls at the front entrance. Over the course of three weeks, Strata was able to wood frame a new facade profile and install a structural steel canopy. From there, we were able to clad the new profile of the building in Lenmak panels, install full bed masonry and revise the lighting on all sides. During the course of construction, Hudsons remained open for business. This required coordination to ensure all work was executed around the busy schedule of the business and downtown traffic.
