Strata executed the tenant improvement and landlord scopes of work for Mystic Java located in the new College Quarter student residences.
Project Details
The work commenced with a complete mechanical and electrical installation consisting of ceiling mounted fan coil units, and under slab drainage. Floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps around two perimeter walls. For the fit up, Stata provided a custom millwork counter, with matching book case and flooring to suit.
