Professional Computer Services is a bright and colourful design-build tenant improvement on historical Central Avenue, located in the former Modern Billiards building.
Project Details
Professional Computer Services' tenant improvement consisted of approximately 2,300 square feet of office fit up. The fit up involved the construction of new washrooms, a shower room, a lunchroom, a reception area, a boardroom and a combination of offices and workstations. The space boasts a sharp yet functional office layout, featuring a combination of glass front offices and open office workstations with various ceiling finishes throughout including suspended, drywalled and open concept. That combined with bold accent colours (of orange and teal) and recessed bulkheads, leaves the office feeling larger than it really is.
