Strata Development and Frontline Industrial Solutions proudly call 1729 Ontario Avenue home. Both offices, totaling 8,000 square feet over two storeys, are accessed from an impressive glass vestibule and showcase a variety of construction methods and finishes – all intended to display the many options available to our clients.

Project Details

Strata is proud to call 1729 Ontario Avenue home. We designed and built the 10,600 square foot development, consisting of two floors of office space and a 2,500 square foot warehouse space, for ourselves and for Frontline Industrial Solutions. Strata undertook all aspects of the project, including site work and landscaping, foundations, construction of the pre-engineered building, and the fit-up of all interior spaces. In order to aid our clients’ decision-making processes regarding their own projects, Strata’s 4,000 square foot office on the main floor was designed with the intent of showcasing a wide variety of interior features and finishes, including: open and closed ceilings; carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, resin, and rubber flooring; a mixture of open work spaces and glass-fronted offices, with both pivot and sliding doors; unique lighting; millwork at a variety of price points; and decorative and custom features such as modular block walls and a back-painted glass boardroom table. The showcase model was continued at Frontline’s second storey office where modular walls and plug-and-play power and data stand in contrast to the typical construction methods used in our own space. The exterior of the building flaunts curved and tiled build-out structures, stacked stone walls, and plenty of glazing, including a towering glass entrance vestibule.
