Territorial's brand new space in The Blok at 107 – 123 Avenue B South got a complete interior fit-out to match their needs.
Project Details
The project included design and installation of a kitchen with millwork, dishwasher and fridge, office area with electrical/data mounted in floor, bike storage area, production area with backpainted glass whiteboard, meeting room with operable window, and barrier free washroom. Territorial desired a clean and minimal look which was achieved with large white LED dome fixtures, open 14 foot ceilings, light paint tones, natural toned millwork, and sealed concrete floor. Two overhead doors open up to feel the summer breeze in the happening Riversdale neighbourhood.
