An upscale space was needed for a number of professional offices in Saskatoon's City Park neighbourhood. Strata built this Class A commercial building, a showpiece of quality construction.

Strata was thrilled to build and provide construction management services for Timber Pointe, a Class A commercial development with 16,000 square feet of interior space over two floors at Queen Street and 3rd Avenue. This showpiece, west-coast-style building included the highest quality finishes and construction methods uncommon to Saskatoon, including exposed Douglas-fir glulam columns and beams, Douglas-fir door trims and window casings, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and an Indiana limestone façade. The double-height central atrium features an abundance of natural light and a cantilevered stair with maple treads and a glass guard. An underground, heated garage covers the site’s full 16,000 square foot extent and features an on-grade green roof system where not covered by the building.
