We worked through sound proofing and sound testing to ensure tenants on either side of the studio are not disrupted. The fit and finish are very minimal with the mat area taking up most of the space. ILKB's new space has a large waiting area and reception desk in front using the branded colours: black, white, and red. An LVT product was used on the floors in the main area and reception and a specialty mat was ordered for the training area that showcases the ILKB logo. Back of house has a large change room with lockers, washrooms, and a storage area for extra merchandise. The ceilings are all open concept painted black with speakers and suspended lights.
