For K+S Potash, Strata renovated 13,000 square feet of office space and fully developed the basement. With the exception of the concrete shell, the entire building was upgraded; work included a new roof, new windows, structural modifications, and parking lot upgrades. Work on the inside was extensive and included new walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as complete new electrical and mechanical systems throughout. The stairwells were also upgraded aesthetically and to meet current building codes. Strata used some of the best interior finishes and millwork available at this project.
