Strata performed the tenant improvement of Collective Coffee in the recently completed medical office on Avenue P South.
Project Details
Collective Coffee's newest location features a small kitchen with specialty food and coffee equipment. The millwork chosen for this space matches the rest of the building, creating a continuous look throughout. Additionally, the existing concrete structure was left exposed, showcasing the building's construction as part of the interior design of the coffee shop. Floor to ceiling glazing wraps around the two exterior perimeter walls of the shop, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the entire space making it perfect to enjoy a cup of joe anytime of the day.
