The Commercial Group hired Strata to deliver a unique interior at 201-126 20th Street West. The design and construction were turned around quickly to meet the client’s needs.
Project Details
The Commercial Group—a cool client that wanted a cool space—hired Strata to deliver a unique interior design to their suite in the historic Adilman building at 126 20th Street West. Short walls flank the workspace of each realty professional, leaving each open to the central core of the office. Cloud ceilings and hexagon-shaped carpet tiles were used as design elements and to absorb some of the sound in order to reduce noise transfer between workspaces. An enclosed boardroom with one of the space’s two remarkable chandeliers offers additional privacy when it’s needed. Much of the original hardwood floor, brick walls, and exposed ceilings were cleaned up, refinished, and left exposed.
