Project Details
Strata was engaged in a design-build capacity to complete the site development and façade upgrades at Outtabounds’ prominent A-frame building at 105 Avenue B South. Site development included the demolition of the neighbouring building, backfill, compaction, and grading for a future parking lot. Façade upgrades included replacing the existing cedar shakes on the steeply-pitched roof with galvalume metal cladding and installing new clear-select cedar on the front exterior wall. Signage was made to pop on smooth red metal paneling, and site lighting and a uniquely-shaped, motorized overhead door cap-off this successful project.
