Having previously constructed the base building, Strata was thrilled to fit-up 5,425 square feet of a main floor office space at 306 Queen Street.
Project Details
The work consisted of a full interior fitout which included; framing, drywall, mechanical and electrical distribution, storefront glazing, millwork, flooring and paint. The design of the office included both open and closed ceiling areas with a focus on privacy and confidentiality in the offices and meeting rooms. The open reception area is eye-catching with a full-height wood veneer panelled wall, ceramic tile, and solid surface countertops on a kitchenette, lounge table, and custom detailed reception desk.
