Project Details
This relocated office took over the entire 7,000 square foot second floor, and so much of the West Coast inspired building envelope was left exposed. This included the gorgeous glulam beams and columns, structural tongue and groove fir decking, and office front glazing, which wrapped every wall elevation of this floor. The offices wrapping the exterior walls were closed in with custom powder coated aluminum framing and glazing, enabling the sun to infiltrate the open concept work stations, which are situated throughout the center’s of each area. The space also features a cozy and inviting work lounge, two custom built in coffee stations, an oversized lunchroom, a gym facility complete with laundry, four showers and eight washrooms. At the core of this space is the storage room, which houses over 800 square feet of floor to ceiling millwork, quartz and a continuous rolling ladder system, which allows for quick access to it’s top shelves, which are situated just under 12 feet in height.
