The Signature Condominium

Strata was excited for the opportunity to work as construction manager on this multi-family 28,000 square foot condominium project in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The building constructed has a ground level concrete parkade with three stories of wood framing for a total of 28 suites. The design incorporated single bedroom units, two bedroom units, and four oversized luxury suites on the third level. The finishes were a mix of luxury vinyl tile flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms and storage/laundry rooms and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom millwork used a new product that was developed to have a handcrafted look and feel without the cost and inflexibility that comes with using a painted solid wood product. The luxury suites boast a large walk in closet with built in shelving and large ensuite with ceramic tile surrounds finished off with glass doors. The exterior finishes were combination of Hardie board panels, stucco and cultured stone. Each balcony received glass and aluminum railings. The project finished with exterior landscaping which included irrigated turf, shrubs and trees along with curbs, sidewalks and asphalt surface parking.
