W Law Group needed their floor at 330-110 21st Street East renovated in weeks. Strata overhauled the reception, lunch room, washrooms and common areas. Fresh paint and flooring updated the space, as did upgrades to the lighting and layout.

Project Details

The W Law Group required a quick turnaround for the renovation of their 7,500 square foot office interior on the 3rd floor of the RBC Building at 110 21st Street East. Within eight weeks Strata had completed the required demolition and construction of the new spaces, including new reception, lunch room, washroom, and common areas. Office layouts and lighting were evaluated and modified as required, and new Cat6 ethernet cables and flooring were installed throughout. Special attention was paid to ensure that construction activities had a minimal impact on neighboring tenants in this professional building.
