Caswell Hill Infill

Strata was thrilled to be a part of an infill housing project located in the beautiful Caswell Hill Neighbourhood. This house was completed as an investment for a very close Client of Strata's, giving us the trust and ability to test our limits, both in quality and in schedule, all without exceeding the targeted budget.

Project Details

The 1,300 square foot home, includes a main and second floor layout, that boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a 420 square foot one bedroom conforming basement suite. Unique features of this build include eight foot height ceilings on the main floor space, oversized North and South windows, sloped ceilings on the second floor, custom fabricated and powder coated metal railing and sharp black exterior cladding!
