Strata designed and built this two-storey commercial building for a local developer. When Expert Advisor Realty expressed interest in the space they had Strata handle their interior fit-up as well.
Project Details
Strata designed and built the two-storey, 4,400 square foot commercial building at 1302 8th Street East. All site work and the erection of a conventional steel shell were executed within four months of initiating the construction project. The exterior boasts a 30 foot curtainwall system, aluminum banding, and dry-stack stone and stucco finishes. Exterior finishing, landscaping, asphalt, and curbs and sidewalks were completed within eight months of project initiation. The interior shell space, complete with finished washrooms and a grand foyer, as well as mechanical and electrical system rough-ins, were also complete within that timeframe.
Expert Advisor Realty engaged Strata in a design-build capacity to develop the interior. The fit-up included installation of new framing and drywall, flooring, lighting, mechanical and electrical distribution, and millwork, including a custom reception desk.
