The Soilvision tenant improvement, located at 502 Wellman Crescent, was a design-build project for Strata that consisted of approximately 3,280 square feet. What we loved about this ground floor, corner unit is the abundance of natural light, which is a result of the large, oversized windows located throughout. The floor plan boasts a smartly placed reception area, a printing room, a modern boardroom, a kitchen, a library and two washrooms. The offices, located along the south wall, are constructed with DIRTT storefront glazing as office fronts, which allows the natural light to permeate throughout the rest of the office space including the open workstations and in house library. The space incorporates a variety of finishes, including defining bulkheads, a combination of suspended and open concept ceiling, custom millwork library shelving, two boardroom walnut credenza’s with quartz countertops, modular glass office fronts, carpet tile, LVT and floor to ceiling tile in the shower washroom. Add in a painted white open ceiling, and the space feels fresh, open and inviting.
